Bergmann Associates developed a Master Plan for approximately 60 acres in the City of Rochester and the Town of Brighton.  The work was initiated with a charrette process lead by Bergmann design professionals to help guide the client through the decision making process.  The result was a set of "Design Development Guidelines" that will be used for rezoning, approvals, building and site design and marketing.
