As program coordinator for the statewide NYSERDA BioFuels Program, Bergmann Associates is responsible for implementing E-85 fueling capability at up to 300 retail service stations throughout New York State.  Potential upgrade projects are assessed for commercial and technical viability based on the unique circumstances of each project site.  The program includes a technical assistance component, which provides guidance on tank and dispenser configuration, equipment specifications and code issues.  We present seminars on E-85 for services stations and recently developed the accepted environmental permitting procedure for E-85 dispensers in severe ozone non-attainment areas.
